Radius Gateway provides access to our technical support center during the standard warranty period. This access is only for those who have purchased the product directly from Radius Gateway. This access shall remain available during the life of the product warranty. Under no circumstance does Radius Gateway technical support extend beyond the standard one-year limited warranty unless the extended warranty is purchased.
