Cloud-Based Dashboard
Radius Gateway’s Dashboard helps you manage your guest Internet access. Created by hospitality industry integrators for integrators, the Dashboard not only has an easy-to-use interface, but also comes at a fraction of the cost of similar management systems. You can even brand the Dashboard with your company name and logo. The easy-to-use interface gives you access to the information you need to manage your network, including data about users and bandwidth consumption, payment plans, user bandwidth limits, throughput, support calls, and equipment status, as well as custom reports.

"Remember Me"
With Centralized WiFi Authentication, the first time a guest logs onto a Hospitality WiFi-managed network with a device, he or she will have the option to check “Remember Me” to include the device in our database. After that, the next time that device is seen on ANY of our networks – even in a different location – that device will be recognized and automatically authenticated. This simplified process results in increased guest satisfaction, decreased technical support calls, and improved guest feedback scores. Centralized WiFi Authentication also offers possibilities for personalizing the guest experience, such as customizing and branding the user interface and integrating. with existing loyalty programs.

Automatic Bypass
With many current generation gaming consoles, guests have no easy way to accept your Terms of Service Agreement or enter access codes to get online. This is a common problem and one that results in many calls for help. Devices running iOS, such as iPhones, iPads, and iPods, have similar trouble with guest WiFi sign-in pages. Apple devices have their own sign-ins, and this can prevent such devices from accessing your WiFi. Radius Gateway has created a solution to detect game consoles, Apple devices, and similar devices and automatically bypass them, reducing calls to support and your front desk. This feature can be enabled at all properties that have our Cloud-Based Dashboard and Hospitality services deployed.

Splash Page
When used with our Cloud-Based Dashboard and Hospitality services, custom splash pages can be implemented for your Radius Gateway devices. When guests log in to your network, they will see your logo, your content- whatever you want to display to connect with your guests and build a stronger relationship.

Social Media Login
Radius Gateway devices can take advantage of social media logins. Your guests can use their existing logins for Facebook, Twitter, or other popular sites instead of creating a new email-based login. Not only does this make it easier for them to access your network, but it also provides you with new opportunities to connect.
